At ArterraPaws, we aim to deliver your products safely and efficiently.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days 
- International: 7–15 business days 

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g. free shipping promotions).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

5. Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services 
- Customs processing 
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer 
- External factors outside our control 

6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

7. Lost or Stuck Orders
If your order has not arrived within:
- 45 days (UK orders) 
- 60 days (International orders)

8. Important Note (Dropshipping Fulfilment)
We work with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfil orders. This means processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.
