Shipping Policy – ArterraPaws
At ArterraPaws, we aim to deliver your products safely and efficiently.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Please note: orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 7–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on demand, courier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise (e.g. free shipping promotions).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, high demand periods, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect address and your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds.
Lost or Stuck Orders
If your order has not arrived within:
- 45 days (UK)
- 60 days (International)

At ArterraPaws, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your furry companion.
Returns
We do not require returns for most products. If a return is approved, items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent to our address (not the supplier).
Refunds & Replacements (Eligible Cases)
- Damaged or defective items (report within 30 days with photo/video proof)
- Incorrect or missing items (proof required)
- Orders stuck in transit (45 days UK, 60 days international)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pet food or supplements
- Opened grooming or hygiene products
Not Eligible for Refunds
- Delivered orders without proof of non-delivery
- Product dissatisfaction if functioning as described
- Orders older than 90 days
- Delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping info
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important Information
- ArterraPaws handles all refunds directly
- Returns must not be sent to suppliers
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet conditions
